What you share

The enquiry form asks for your name, email, brand or company, selected model and package, video quantity, and optional product links, photos, social profile and project notes. Only share files and links you are authorised to provide. Do not include payment details or sensitive personal information.

What happens when you submit

The form sends your answers and selected files to the website's server. When online sending is configured, the server uses Resend to send a project-enquiry email to the studio. We use the enquiry to respond, review your brief and discuss a proposal. No payment is taken and no paid order is created by this form. A website confirmation means the email provider accepted the message; it does not guarantee inbox delivery.

Technical providers

Vercel hosts the website and its enquiry API. Resend processes submitted enquiry emails and attachments. Google Fonts supplies the website fonts. Hosting and font services receive technical request information, including your IP address. The form does not subscribe you to a newsletter.

Drafts on your device

Your model, package, video choice and draft answers are saved in your browser so you can move between steps. Selected file contents are not saved in that browser draft and must be selected again after a reload. Draft answers are cleared after the server confirms acceptance, or when you use Clear saved draft. The studio's enquiry email is not removed by clearing your browser draft.

Email alternative

If online sending is unavailable, Open email with my answers opens a draft in your own email app. You must send it yourself. Selected website files are not attached automatically. The website does not show a sent confirmation just for opening an email draft.
